Damages and Defective Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue.

If we determine that the product qualifies for an exception under this policy, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Requests made more than 7 days after receiving the order will generally not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds based on changes in market value, personal preference, buyer's remorse, condition expectations that were not part of the product description, or a change of mind.
